North Shore Productions, Inc. specializes in the delivery and set up of high power, high resolution sound systems for a wide range of indoor and outdoor events, both large and small.  Our DJ, Public Address (PA) and live concert sound reinforcement systems are second to none and have the power to move you with thunderous bass, smooth midrange and crystal clear highs.  One thing you will never hear from any of our sound systems is distortion!

Our approach...

Our no-compromise approach begins with a sizable investment in the absolute finest professional audio equipment currently available.  We use only touring grade power amplifiers to drive all of our speakers and subwoofers.  We use only studio grade mixers, microphones and digital effect processors to deliver the very best sound possible.  Please refer to our Equipment Manifest for a complete listing of all pro-audio components currently in our inventory.

We are pleased to offer to the Greater Chicago Area a wide variety of entertainment related services to meet every need and budget.  In addition to traditional DJ / Disc Jockey and Live Karaoke, we also offer Karaoke Rentals, Public Address (PA) System Rentals, Concert/Live Sound Reinforcement, Do-It-Yourself iPod Weddings and iPod DJ Services.

We are unique in that we can combine professional sound related services to offer the very best entertainment value.  For instance, we can provide traditional DJ / Karaoke services along with sound reinforcement for a live band.  Now, you don't have to choose between a live band playing your favorite rock songs and a DJ spinning your favorite dance hits.  We deliver it all for one low price.

The music you want to hear…

As our customer, you are the boss and we play only the music that you want to hear!  We welcome and play requests from you and your guests.

With a huge mobile library spanning seven decades, from Big Band to today’s hits, we’re sure to have your favorite music.  If there is a special request we don’t have, we’ll be sure to get it in time for your special event!  We will be happy to connect your iPod or mp3 player to our sound system to accommodate spontaneous requests, should the need arise.  Please click on the "Download Music Library" Page to create your own custom play list for your next party or special event.

iPod DJ / iPod Wedding Packages...

We specialize in providing the finest professional sound equipment to couples in the Greater Chicago Area who have decided upon an iPod DJ / iPod Wedding reception.

Our "Do-It-Yourself iPod Wedding Packages" include a state-of-the-art professional sound system and an iPod docking station (or connection for your mp3 player or laptop computer).  All you have to do is bring your iPod programmed with your favorite music and press play.
